LinkHub 用户条款 / Terms of Service
当你注册账号、登录、访问或使用本平台任一功能，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本条款及相关规则。
1. 接受条款
你确认已具备签署并履行本条款的完全民事行为能力（或已获得监护人同意）。 你注册账号、访问或使用 LinkHub 的任何服务（包括频道聊天、私信、媒体上传、嵌入网站链接、API/WebHook 集成等），均视为你同意本条款。
2. 账号与安全
- 你需对账号下的所有活动负责，包括在频道/私信中发布的内容及通过 API/WebHook 推送的消息。
- 你应妥善保管账号凭证、API 密钥、Webhook URL 与 secret 等敏感信息。
- 若你发现账号被盗用或存在安全风险，应立即采取措施并及时联系平台。
3. 用户内容与责任（重要）

平台为信息交流工具与内容承载平台。频道/私信/嵌入链接/媒体/第三方对接产生的内容，均由用户自行发布或触发。
如因用户内容违反任何国家/地区法律法规、侵害他人权益或引发争议，一律由内容发布者（或触发者）自行承担全部责任。
- 你发布/传播的任何内容（文字、图片、视频、音频、文件、链接、嵌入网站内容、API 推送内容等）均应确保合法、真实、合规。
- 你保证拥有上传/发布内容所需的权利或授权，不侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权、名誉权等合法权益。
- 你理解平台可能提供 AI/关键词过滤等能力，但过滤能力并不保证覆盖所有风险内容。
4. 禁止内容与行为
你不得利用平台从事包括但不限于以下行为（示例性列举，非穷尽）：
- 发布、传播或链接任何违法内容，或协助他人实施违法行为。
- 侵犯他人权益：包括版权、商标、专利、商业秘密、隐私、肖像、名誉等。
- 骚扰、威胁、仇恨、歧视、欺诈、引流、垃圾广告、恶意营销或批量发送骚扰信息。
- 传播恶意软件、病毒、木马，或进行扫描、入侵、绕过安全、爬取、滥用接口等行为。
- 未经许可收集他人信息、诱导交易、冒充官方/他人身份。
- 任何可能导致平台、平台运营人员、其他用户承担法律风险或产生损失的行为。
5. 执法与配合（各国法律）
- 平台尊重并遵守适用的法律法规，并将尽力配合有关国家/地区的司法、行政执法或监管要求。
- 在法律允许范围内，平台可能根据执法/监管要求采取措施，包括但不限于内容删除、限制访问、封禁账号、保全记录、配合调查等。
- 你同意平台为履行法律义务、保护平台及他人合法权益，可以在必要范围内处理相关数据与记录（以适用法律为准）。
6. 免责声明与责任限制（重要）

在法律允许的最大范围内：平台对用户内容、第三方服务、以及因使用平台产生的任何间接损失不承担责任。
- 服务按“现状/可用性”提供：平台不保证服务不间断、无错误、完全安全或满足你所有需求。
- 用户内容免责：平台不对任何用户在频道/私信/API/WebHook/嵌入链接中发布、传播或触发的内容承担责任。
- 第三方链接/嵌入免责：频道中展示/嵌入的外部网站、服务或内容由第三方提供，平台不对其合法性、准确性、安全性负责。
- 运营人员保护：用户因其内容或行为引发的争议、投诉、索赔、处罚等，应由用户独立承担；用户应赔偿平台及其运营人员、合作方因此遭受的损失（在法律允许范围内）。
- 责任上限：如法律要求平台承担责任，责任范围与上限以适用法律允许的最低限度为准。
某些司法辖区可能不允许对某些责任进行限制或排除。在此情形下，本条款的相关限制仅在适用法律允许的范围内适用。
7. 知识产权
- 平台产品、页面、标识、代码与相关内容（除用户内容外）归平台或其许可方所有。
- 你保留对你发布内容的权利，但你授予平台为提供服务所必需的使用权限（例如存储、展示、传输、备份、处理与分发等）。
8. API / WebHook 使用规则
- 你不得滥用 API（例如高频请求、恶意刷接口、绕过鉴权、注入恶意内容等）。
- 你对通过 API/WebHook 推送的内容承担同等责任（见第 3 条）。
- 如 API Key、Webhook URL、secret 泄露导致损失，你应自行承担；平台可按风险采取限制措施。
- 平台可根据安全与稳定需要对接口进行限流、调整、暂停或升级。
9. 终止与封禁
- 如你违反本条款或平台规则，平台可在无需事先通知的情况下采取措施，包括内容删除、限制功能、暂停或终止账号。
- 为保护平台安全或履行法律义务，平台可在必要时立即采取处置。
- 账号被终止后，你可能无法继续访问相关内容或数据（以适用法律与平台能力为限）。
10. 条款变更
平台可能随时更新本条款。更新后条款一经发布即生效（或按页面提示生效）。 你继续使用平台即表示接受更新后的条款。
11. 联系与通知
如需举报违规内容、提交权利投诉、或就条款问题与我们联系，请通过平台提供的反馈/支持渠道提交。 为避免滥用，平台可要求你提供必要的证明材料（以适用法律为准）。
12. 其他
- 本条款标题仅为阅读方便，不影响条款解释。
- 本条款部分条款被认定无效，不影响其他条款效力。
- 如本条款与平台其他规则冲突，以平台明确说明的优先级为准。

再次提示：用户在平台注册并使用，即视为同意本用户条款。你对自己发布/传播/触发的内容与行为承担全部责任。
平台将尽力配合各国法律要求并处理违规内容，但平台不对用户内容承担责任（法律另有强制规定的除外）。
1. Acceptance
By registering for, accessing, or using LinkHub (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms (or have obtained guardian consent) and you agree to be bound by these Terms and related rules.
2. Account & Security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content posted in channels/DMs and messages sent via API/WebHook.
- You must safeguard credentials and sensitive data such as API keys, webhook URLs, and secrets.
- If you suspect unauthorized access or security risk, you should act promptly and contact the Platform.
3. User Content & Responsibility (Important)

The Platform is a communication and content hosting tool. Channel/DM/embedded/media/third‑party/integration content is posted or triggered by users.
If user content violates any law or infringes rights, the user (poster/trigger) bears full responsibility.
- You must ensure all content you post/share/trigger (text, images, videos, audio, files, links, embeds, API messages, etc.) is lawful and compliant.
- You represent you have the necessary rights/permissions and do not infringe IP, privacy, reputation, or other rights.
- Filtering/moderation (including AI/keyword filters) does not guarantee detection of all prohibited content.
4. Prohibited Content/Conduct
You may not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including (non‑exhaustive):
- Posting or linking illegal content, or assisting illegal acts.
- Infringing rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, reputation, trade secrets, etc.).
- Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, fraud, spam, scams, or mass messaging abuse.
- Malware distribution, hacking, bypassing security, scraping, or API abuse.
- Unauthorized data collection, impersonation, or deceptive conduct.
- Any behavior that may expose the Platform/operators/users to legal risk or damages.
5. Law Enforcement Cooperation
- We respect and comply with applicable laws and will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
- We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, preserve records, and assist investigations where required or permitted by law.
- You agree we may process data as necessary to meet legal obligations and protect legitimate interests.
6. Disclaimers & Liability Limits (Important)

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for user content, third‑party services, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.
- “As‑is” service: we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or fully secure service.
- User content: we are not responsible for content posted or triggered by users via channels/DMs/API/WebHook/embeds.
- Third‑party links/embeds: external websites/services are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their legality or safety.
- Operator protection: users are solely responsible for disputes/claims/penalties caused by their content/behavior and must indemnify the Platform/operators where permitted by law.
- Liability cap: where liability is required, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Platform and its non‑user content are owned by the Platform or licensors.
- You retain rights to your content, but grant the Platform permissions necessary to provide the service (store, display, transmit, backup, process, etc.).
8. API / WebHook Rules
- You must not abuse APIs (excessive requests, bypassing auth, injecting malicious content, etc.).
- You are responsible for content sent via API/WebHook to the same extent as other content.
- If secrets leak and cause damage, you are responsible; we may impose restrictions for safety.
- We may rate‑limit, modify, suspend, or upgrade APIs for security and stability.
9. Suspension/Termination
- We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice where permitted.
- We may take immediate action to protect safety or comply with law.
- After termination, you may lose access to content/data subject to law and technical constraints.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication (or as indicated). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Contact & Notices
To report violations, submit rights complaints, or contact us about these Terms, please use the in‑product feedback/support channels. We may request reasonable documentation to prevent abuse where permitted by law.
12. Miscellaneous
- Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
- If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
- If these Terms conflict with other rules, the Platform’s stated priority applies.
