当你注册账号、登录、访问或使用本平台服务,即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本隐私政策。 如你不同意,请停止使用本平台。
1. 范围与定义
本政策适用于你使用 LinkHub 的各项功能,包括但不限于:账号注册/登录、频道聊天、私信、媒体上传、网站链接/嵌入、AI 内容过滤、API/WebHook 集成等。 “个人信息/个人数据”的定义以你所在国家/地区法律法规为准。
2. 我们收集的信息
我们可能收集以下类型的信息(根据你使用的功能不同而不同):
- 账号信息:如用户名/昵称、头像、账号标识、登录凭证(以加密/哈希形式存储的密码等)。
- 内容与互动信息:你在频道/私信中发布的文字、图片、视频、音频、文件、链接、反应/互动等;以及通过 API/WebHook 推送到频道的消息内容。
- 设备与日志信息:如 IP 地址、浏览器类型、设备信息、系统版本、访问时间、页面/功能操作记录、错误日志等(用于安全与运维)。
- 配置信息:如频道设置(频道类型、权限、是否开启过滤、订阅配置等)。
- 集成信息:你配置 API Key、Webhook URL 与 secret(用于调用鉴权与推送签名;建议仅在后台/服务端安全保存与使用)。
3. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供、维护与改进平台服务(例如消息传输、频道管理、通知、内容展示)。
- 安全与风控(例如防欺诈、反滥用、反垃圾、异常行为检测)。
- 内容治理(例如关键词过滤、AI 广告过滤、违规内容处理)。
- 客服与支持(处理反馈、故障排查、争议与投诉)。
- 履行法律义务与响应合法的执法/监管要求。
5. 频道/私信内容与用户责任(重要)
- 你应对自己发布、传播、或通过 API/WebHook 推送的内容负责。
- 你不应在频道/私信中发布违法内容、侵权内容或敏感个人信息。
- 平台的过滤与审核(包括 AI/关键词过滤)不构成对内容合法合规的保证。
6. 保存期限与删除
- 我们会在实现本政策所述目的所需的期限内保存信息,或按法律要求保存。
- 当你请求删除账号/数据时,我们会在可行与法律允许范围内处理;但在合规、争议处理、安全风控等必要情形下,部分信息可能需要继续保留。
- 备份系统中残留数据可能不会立即删除,但会按周期覆盖或删除(以系统能力为限)。
7. 安全措施
- 我们采取合理技术与管理措施保护信息安全(如访问控制、日志审计、加密/哈希处理等)。
- 但互联网环境无法保证绝对安全,你理解并同意安全风险客观存在。
- 你应妥善保管账号凭证、API Key、Webhook URL 与 secret,避免泄露。
8. 你的权利与选择
你可能拥有以下权利(取决于你所在地区法律):
- 访问、更正或删除你的个人信息;
- 撤回同意(撤回不影响撤回前的处理合法性);
- 限制或反对某些处理;
- 获取数据副本(在适用法律要求下)。
你可通过平台提供的反馈/支持渠道提交请求。我们可能需要验证你的身份。
9. 跨境传输
由于我们可能使用跨区域基础设施或服务供应商,你的信息可能在你所在国家/地区以外处理或存储。 我们将尽力按照适用法律采取必要的保护措施。

若你是未成年人,你应在监护人同意与指导下使用本平台。我们可能根据适用法律采取年龄限制或额外保护措施。

12. 免责声明与责任限制(重要)
- 用户内容免责:频道/私信/嵌入链接/API 推送等内容由用户自行发布或触发,平台不对其合法性或真实性负责。
- 第三方服务免责:外部网站、嵌入页面、第三方推送渠道等由第三方提供,平台不对其安全性、合规性负责。
- 运营人员保护:用户因其内容或行为引发的投诉、索赔、处罚等应由用户自行承担;在法律允许范围内,用户应赔偿平台及其运营人员因此遭受的损失。
- 责任上限:如法律要求平台承担责任,责任范围与上限以适用法律允许的最低限度为准。
某些司法辖区可能不允许对某些责任进行限制或排除。在此情形下,本条款的相关限制仅在适用法律允许范围内适用。
13. 政策变更
我们可能随时更新本隐私政策。更新后政策一经发布即生效(或按页面提示生效)。 你继续使用平台即表示接受更新后的政策。

1. Scope & Definitions
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of LinkHub features, including account registration/login, channels, direct messages, media uploads, website links/embeds, AI filtering, and API/WebHook integrations. Definitions of “personal data” follow applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information depending on how you use the services:
- Account Information: e.g., username/display name, avatar, account identifiers, and authentication credentials (passwords stored as hashed/encrypted forms).
- Content & Interactions: messages and content you post in channels/DMs (text, images, videos, audio, files, links, reactions), and content delivered via API/WebHook.
- Device & Log Data: e.g., IP address, browser type, device/OS info, timestamps, feature usage logs, and error logs for security and operations.
- Configuration Data: e.g., channel settings (type, permissions, filtering toggles, subscription settings).
- Integration Data: API keys, Webhook URLs and secrets used for authentication/signing (we recommend storing and using these securely on server/admin side).
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the services (messaging, channels, notifications, content display).
- Security and abuse prevention (fraud prevention, rate limiting, anomaly detection).
- Content moderation/governance (keyword filtering, AI ad filtering, handling violations).
- Support and troubleshooting (feedback, incident response, dispute handling).
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
5. User Content & Responsibility (Important)
- You are responsible for content you post, share, or trigger via API/WebHook.
- Do not post illegal, infringing, or sensitive personal information.
- Filtering/moderation (including AI/keyword filters) does not guarantee legality or compliance of content.
6. Retention & Deletion
- We retain information as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law.
- We may honor deletion requests where feasible and lawful; however, we may retain certain data for compliance, disputes, or security.
- Backup copies may not be deleted immediately, but may be overwritten on a routine cycle.
7. Security
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, logging, hashing/encryption, etc.).
- No online service is 100% secure; you acknowledge inherent risks.
- Protect your credentials, API keys, webhook URLs and secrets.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Your rights may vary by jurisdiction and may include:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data;
- Withdraw consent (where applicable);
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request a copy of your data (where legally required).

9. International Transfers
We may process/store information in countries other than yours due to global infrastructure or service providers. We will take reasonable measures as required by applicable law.
10. Minors

- We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, preserve records, and assist investigations where required.

12. Disclaimers & Liability Limits (Important)
- User Content: user-posted/triggered content is the user’s responsibility; we do not warrant legality or accuracy.
- Third Parties: external sites/embeds and third-party channels are outside our control; we are not responsible for their compliance or security.
- Operator Protection: users are responsible for claims/penalties caused by their content/behavior; users must indemnify the platform and operators where permitted by law.
- Liability Cap: where liability is required by law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The updated policy becomes effective upon publication (or as otherwise indicated). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
